Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

 

At YES to the Book, Inc., we’re committed to offering our customers shopping convenience, exceptional service and an exciting product selection at competitive prices.  

 

At this time, we only offer exchanges for clothing apparel merchandise you have purchased.  You may exchange or return it as long as you contact us within 3 calendar days of when you received it. After 3 days, we cannot issue any refunds, exchanges or replacements. 

Restocking Fee and Shipping Cost

  • If the error was made by YES to the Book, Inc. (e.g. wrong item shipped), no restocking fee will incur and we will pay for return shipping.

  • If the error was made by the customer (e.g. wrong size ordered, changed your mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for a $4.95 restocking fee and the shipping of the exchange and the appropriate reshipping fee.

    • Please double check your sizing before you purchase to prevent needing an exchange.

 

Requirements for an exchange:

  • You submitted a return request form

  • You requested the return within 3 calendar days after delivery, and:

  • You have not used the product in any way

 

Items that cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged:

  • Any item more than 3 calendar days after delivery

  • Any item that has been used or worn or washed

  • Any item that was purchased on Clearance

  • YES to the Book Subscription box and items inside the box

    • If there is an issue with an item in your box that is our error, you MUST notify us within 3 days of receiving your box. No exceptions.

  • Custom created items (e.g. event related merchandise) cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

    • PLEASE double check your items before finalizing your order.

  • Clearance items or gift cards are not refundable and cannot be returned. 

How do I return my item?

Please contact YES to the Book, Inc. Customer Service at contact@yestothebook.org.  You will need your order number and the email you used when you placed your order.  Please do not send us the item(s) to be returned until you have contacted us via our return request page.
