The main purpose of the Image Request Form portal is to provide a way to request access to high-quality image files for authorized third-parties and establish consistent branding practices. When approved, the use of the image is offered on your acceptance without modification of the Terms, conditions and notices contained herein.

YES to the Book, Inc. operates their website ("www.yestothebook.com" or "www.yestothebook.org" or "subpages of two sites") ("Sites") as a service to its customers, suppliers, employees and other authorized users subject to these terms and all modifications thereto, in addition to guidelines that may be published from time to time by YES to the Book, Inc.. By entering and/or using these Site owned, operated and maintained by YES to the Book, Inc., you, the user, are deemed to have agreed to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions terms of use ("Terms") in connection with use of the YES to the Book, Inc. corporate logo ("Content" or "Trademarks") and the Branding Guidelines.

Any unauthorized use of images from this Site without the express written permission is strictly prohibited. If permission to use is granted by YES to the Book, Inc. you agree to use images from these Sites in a manner consistent to your relationship with YES to the Book, Inc.. YES to the Book, Inc. reserves the right to cancel this agreement and/or restrict use of the image at any time.

TERMINATION
YES to the Book, Inc. may terminate your right to use the logo at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, for any reason whatsoever.

As between YES to the Book, Inc. and you, you acknowledge that YES to the Book, Inc. is the sole owner of all Content on the website including, without limitation, all applicable U.S. and non-U.S. patents, trademarks (both registered and unregistered), copyrights (including, but not limited to, selections, collections, compilations and arrangements), and other intellectual property rights thereto. Except as otherwise provided in these Terms, you may not download or save a copy of the website or any portion thereof, for any purpose. You agree and acknowledge that all goodwill created from your use of the YES to the Book, Inc. trademarks shall inure solely to the benefit of YES to the Book, Inc..
